Please be sure you enter the correct shipping address before checking out. We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times and calculations vary depending on items in your order and your location. We take great care in preparing and packaging your order. However, once an order has been handed over to the shipping center, Millie's by SK is not responsible for any damage, delay or loss caused during transit. If your package is damaged, delayed, or lost please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Pick up orders will be available next business day at Bloom Flower Bar and Gifts during their business hours. The address: 103B Walnut Ave S Leesburg, Georgia 31763 will be provided at checkout. The hours are Tuesday-Friday 10:30-5 and Saturday.

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges, only store credit which will be issued through an electronic gift card via email. If you are unhappy with your order please email milliesbysk@gmail.com. You will be responsible for the cost of the return label. Returns are only eligible within 10 days of receiving your order, if you are outside of this window you will be unable to return your item. Any item you are returning must be unworn, unwashed, free of makeup or deodorant stains, smells and any other stains. Your shipment should also include your original packing slip. We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These items include any item discounted or marked SALE. Each will be final sale. So sorry for any inconvenience!
